Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will provide you with
our returns procedure.

A 15% handling and restocking fee will be applied to the return.
- Please ensure your return parcel is clearly marked with your name, and contact telephone
number.
- We aim to process refunds within 2-3 working days of receiving the returned items, provided
they are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Damage Reporting:
- Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours to allow us to file a claim with our
courier. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Installation Disclaimer:
- We are not liable for any labour costs or damages arising from the installation or removal of
products, including if the product becomes faulty after professional installation.
